Execute and optimize Vendelux’s global demand generation programs across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and digital campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and measurable pipeline growth
Partner with the Head of Marketing to operationalize the marketing funnel, including performance targets, campaign strategy, and pipeline forecasting
Improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel through testing, experimentation, and performance optimization
Build and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for priority accounts
Leverage AI and modern tooling to personalize campaigns at scale and increase team leverage
Build and operate AI-assisted workflows across content creation, SEO/GEO/AEO experimentation, prospect research, and rapid campaign iteration
Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership assets
Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline drivers, and optimize ROI
Collaborate closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, targeting, and pipeline conversion
Requirements
6–10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of driving pipeline and revenue
Experience operating in high-growth Series B/C technology companies
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and modern marketing analytics tools
Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate campaign development, experimentation, and content creation
Analytical mindset with strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and campaign performance optimization
Builder mentality with the ability to operate in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and turning ideas into executed programs
Experience designing segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks for target accounts
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and performance dashboards
