Role Overview
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of premium guest experiences across SailGP events
- Lead the operational planning and execution of Tech Base Tours
- Manage and deliver Guest Chaser Programmes and oversee the 6th Sailor Programme
- Assist with procurement and contracting of Adrenaline Experience staff
- Support onsite management of a team of 10+ guest experience contractors
- Ensure all guest touchpoints reflect SailGP brand standards and premium experience expectations
- Own end-to-end guest invitation processes
- Develop and maintain detailed run-of-show documents, guest lists
- Support risk management and compliance requirements for on-water experiences
- Partner with Branding to align programme elements with visual identity
- Track and report on guest attendance and programme performance
- Provide post-event reporting and insights for future experiences
