About this role
Role Overview
- Manage all Good Manufacturing, Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Compliance programs within assigned bakery.
- Lead the implementation of the Company’s policies, standards, and GFSI standards at the facility.
- Assure the production of high quality, safe and legally compliant products.
- Promote teamwork across departments.
- Manage audits and inspections by third party inspectors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of plant quality assurance / control experience in the food industry -including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- B.S. Food Science, Food Technology, Cereal Chemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline
