You support the team in implementing our brand strategy in physical spaces, ensuring a consistent, high-quality design language across all touchpoints.
You are responsible for structuring and continuously tracking our global trade show and event projects and assist with cross-team planning.
You ensure smooth project execution, prepare meetings for alignment before and after, and document decisions and tasks for the entire team.
You act as the key communication bridge between internal departments, external agencies, and our local markets worldwide.
In this context, you assist in creating presentations for decision-makers and maintain internal platforms for transparent information sharing.

Your foundation is a degree in marketing, event management, or interior design.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project or event management, ideally in an international environment with strong brand orientation.
You have an excellent eye for design, interiors, and staging brands in physical spaces.
You are familiar with creating moodboards and visual support materials for project presentations.
You have a strong affinity for temporary brand events and are prepared to take full responsibility during the intensive preparation phases of major projects.
You work in a highly structured way, value efficient processes, and demonstrate strong initiative in taking on coordinating, cross-team tasks.
You communicate confidently at all levels – very good/ fluent German and very good English skills are required.
