Lead Integrated Campaign Strategy: Work closely with Strategy, Business, Product, and Operations teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product, Product Marketing, Business Marketing, Communications, Global Affairs, and Creative to ensure cohesive, impactful campaigns.
Manage End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the planning, execution, and post-launch analysis of integrated campaigns — from brief and conceptual development through launch and optimization.
Establish Production Processes: Build scalable processes and best practices that ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns globally.
Oversee Localization & Adaptation: Develop a scalable approach to localizing content, messaging, and creative assets to drive cultural relevance and effectiveness in global markets.
Vendor and Budget Management: Identify, onboard, and manage production vendors and agencies while maintaining strong budget stewardship.
Requirements
10 years+ of experience in marketing and advertising, including at least 3 years focused on integrated or campaign-driven roles. Prior experience at both agencies and in-house marketing teams is a plus.
Proven Success Managing Cross-Channel Campaigns: Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events. Strong understanding of content marketing, customer journey mapping, and lead generation.
Expertise Across Traditional and Digital Marketing: Proficiency in TV, OOH, social media, content, performance marketing, and event production.
Strong Project Management Skills: Track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving results with a data-driven approach using analytics tools to inform strategy.
Excellent Communication and Influence: Ability to collaborate across disciplines and present to executive audiences; adept at tailoring messaging for diverse audiences.
Agility and Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to pivot strategies based on evolving market needs.
