Assist in the establishment and maintenance of Memorandum of Agreements with universities to provide intern opportunities for students
Assist in documenting workforce development activities, maintain accurate records, and provide timely statistical and activity reports on student and volunteer participation
Assist in developing and managing student/volunteer workforce development policies, procedures, and standards
Manage the internal outreach calendar; adding outreach events received from community partners via the webmaster and from internal staff
Attend outreach events including those on nights and weekends as needed or directed that are in the best interest of the agency
Provide support to Community Health programs as directed by the supervisor to include but not limited to the Injury Prevention program
Assist with the facilitation of the purchasing process for Community Health programs
Requirements
Must be willing to physically come in the office to perform the duties & responsibilities of the positions
Must have current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
Must be willing to work some nights and weekends to attend outreaches and events
Must have experience with Microsoft Office
