Analyze data and provide strategic information on achieving advancement and alumni engagement goals
Manage donor analytics data and collaborate with the Advancement and Alumni Engagement staff to provide recommendations-based analysis to ensure the team is maximizing fundraising potential across giving channels
Develop and employ analytical techniques and visualization tools to drive a more strategic fundraising and alumni engagement process through forecasting data models, prospect ranking tools and new strategies for mining and tracking prospects
Design integrated dashboards and portfolio management tools highlighting fundraising KPI’s and performance metrics that will help inform strategies
Manage prospecting efforts using Raiser’s Edge and other external databases to meet prospect identification and prioritization needs
Use data to build a prospect pipeline to include all stages of the donor cycle – Identification, Qualification, Cultivation, Solicitation and Stewardship
Establish prospect pipeline guidelines and workflows that ensure a steady flow of new prospects with the goal of relationship managers moving all assignments through the donor cycle
Customize pipeline strategies for major giving prospects based on data to better identify and strategize next steps while working in close collaboration with relationship managers.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related field
2 years of related experience
Any amount of experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards to enhance marketing insights and optimize sales performance
Any amount of experience utilizing tools PivotTables, VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH to clean and structure datasets for accurate reporting and analysis
Any amount of experience developing and optimizing SQL queries to export, clean, and aggregate data for use in dashboards and reports
Any amount of experience creating measurable KPIs to track performance across departments and integrating them into reporting for leadership use
Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite. Remote work allowed 2 to 3 days per week.
