Helping to ideate the future of Hyatt’s franchise business model and programming
Proactively identify and address opportunities within the portfolio
Develop and implement commercial plans to improve share and revenue for hotels
Conduct ad hoc consultations and follow up with assessments and action plans
Provide in-depth analyses across multiple data sources to address hotel performance, opportunities, diagnose major problems, and identify & act on solutions
Define and supervise key metrics for the success and health of the portfolio
Adaptability to shifting priorities and championing change in the work environment when appropriate
Requirements
7-10 years in with a major hotel brand, a franchise operator, or in a franchise category
Experience in limited/select service spaces
Functional experience in a subset of sales, marketing, revenue management, digital
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Team leadership
Proven track record of driving results in a heavily matrixed environment
