Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a growth oriented, customer centric, regional or larger financial institution
- Demonstrated understanding of technology and the ability to anticipate customer needs in a rapidly changing digital environment
- Strong collaboration and persuasion skills
- Experience driving agile delivery transformation and maturation
