Identify, prospect, and develop new clients and partners in the luxury segment, working in both B2B and B2C.
Manage multiple leads daily, maintaining active follow-up of negotiations via WhatsApp and keeping the CRM constantly updated.
Coordinate scheduling, client meetings, and in-person tastings during weekdays and weekends, with flexible hours.
Conduct consultative negotiations and close contracts, ensuring excellence in the client experience.
Attend in-person or online meetings as requested.
Perform regular follow-ups with clients, aligning information with the legal and logistics teams in the pre
and post-event phases.
Conduct external visits and meetings with clients, using own vehicle (expenses reimbursable as previously agreed).
Requirements
Completed high school (a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields is a plus).
Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the luxury segment, events, or premium services, with mastery of advanced negotiation techniques.
Ability to actively prospect B2B and B2C clients, agencies, and event planners/consultants.
Professional demeanor, polished communication, and a focus on high-standard customer service.
Valid driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle.
Own laptop in excellent working condition.
Reside in the city of São Paulo.
Availability and flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.
Availability to provide services at other locations when necessary.
Proactivity in problem-solving, opportunity identification, and strategic action.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments across the company.
Proficiency with or aptitude for using CRM tools and commercial management applications.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and maintain continuous follow-up on negotiations.
