Responsible, together with the Account Executive, for updating customer records and contracts in the CRM, maintaining visibility and follow-up on opportunities being handled;
Responsible, together with the Account Executive, for updating the pipeline and forecast;
Responsible for opening and registering opportunities with manufacturers and for support and pre-sales tickets;
Submit purchase orders and coordinate with the distribution chain for project delivery, initiate and monitor contract renewals;
Monitor order deliveries, issuance of invoices, and related activities;
Request quotes from distributors to develop proposals;
Responsible, together with the Account Executive, for preparing proposals according to the mapped opportunity, offering the best solution to close the deal;
Maintain proper organization of emails, filing them into their appropriate destination folders, as well as organizing internal network folders to facilitate and preserve a history of communications;
Perform related activities as requested by the immediate manager.
Requirements
Desired education
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Information Systems, Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
Mandatory requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; excellent oral and written communication; understanding of metrics and indicators for customer relationship management.
Preferred requirements
Basic commercial knowledge in Information Security; experience in back-office support for partners and companies in the Information Security industry; basic knowledge of selling solutions from Trend Micro, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, RSA, Forcepoint and similar vendors.
Preferred languages
Basic English.
