Develop deep knowledge of real asset finance and sales processes related to IJGlobal and Green Street
Maintain precise Salesforce records for pipeline tracking and provide accurate revenue forecasts
Partner with marketing, editorial, and programming teams to maximize revenue streams
Requirements
2+ years in B2B event sales, specifically within event launches or building portfolios from the ground up
Exceptional presentation and outreach skills with the ability to engage senior-level influencers and budget holders
Proven track record in outbound business development and high-volume lead generation
Thrives in a team-oriented culture where collective success is celebrated
Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with the real estate or infrastructure finance sectors.
