Conduct ongoing analysis of the channel lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, data inaccuracies, or manual hurdles.
Translate GTM leadership goals into functional program structures that are operationally intuitive for the Sales team to execute.
Own the "how" of our channel programs. Partner with IT and Ops teams to ensure our tech stack supports our strategic vision.
Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
Develop and maintain dashboards that track program health.
Requirements
Minimum five years experience in channel operations, sales operations, marketing operations or sales management.
Advanced Data Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
Must be comfortable with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables) and have a proven ability to reconcile large, messy datasets manually when necessary.
