Lead complex, high-profile, or strategic customer implementation projects
Develop comprehensive project management plans with detailed work breakdown structures
Manage project scope, timeline, and resources with minimal supervision
Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive management
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management staff
Drive project governance and ensure adherence to methodology and standards
Manage escalations and complex issue resolution
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices
Facilitate complex client requirements gathering and solution alignment
Ensure smooth transition to support at project completion
Prepare and present executive-level project status reports
Demonstrate advanced and consistent use of AI tools to manage complex projects more effectively, including risk identification, stakeholder reporting, and workstream coordination
Actively share AI best practices, workflows, and lessons learned with Project Coordinators and Project Managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–8 years of project management experience
3+ years in healthcare IT project management preferred
PMP certification or equivalent
Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and project outcomes
