Own problem discovery and solution definition for Verticals, using data, customer insights, and AI assisted research.
Define and track product and feature KPIs (e.g., adoption, conversion, churn, NPS, lifetime value).
Write high quality PRDs, partner with Engineering and UX, and manage backlog priorities in Agile environments.
Contribute to product roadmaps and support product launches, scaling, and iteration.
Apply design thinking and journey mapping to improve customer and seller experiences.
Use AI tools daily to accelerate market research, insight synthesis, and product documentation.
Communicate clearly with cross functional stakeholders and influence alignment on priorities and tradeoffs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management.
5 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Strong customer empathy with a proven data driven approach to problem solving.
Experience owning at least one product through the full product development lifecycle.
Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
Clear understanding of front-end user experience and how product decisions impact customers.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
