About this role
Role Overview
Assist in defining product features and translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
Partner with engineering and QA teams to plan sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Analyze data and feedback to prioritize feature enhancements and resolve issues.
Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, inventory, store operations) to gather and clarify requirements.
Support in developing product documentation, training materials, and internal communication plans.
Drive product capabilities and roadmap with very minimal supervision and guidance.
Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment.
Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision making. Make impact on a global scale.
Requirements
You come with 3+ years of product management experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
Experience with eCommerce or internet-based products is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Uncompromising commitment to the customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.
Advanced/ master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.
