Role Overview
You professionally coordinate between the global segment organization and countries/regions, ensuring smooth collaboration.
You analyze trends, market requirements and competitive situations, deriving strategic recommendations.
You identify and evaluate suitable market entry opportunities, develop new business opportunities, and build trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders.
By providing solid short
and medium-term sales and revenue forecasts, you make a significant contribution to securing growth targets.
You support internal teams through workshops, training and active knowledge transfer, thereby promoting capability building in the Defense and Security business.
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) or a comparable field of study.
Several years of professional experience in international marketing or sales.
Essential: practical work experience in a military environment (e.g., collaboration with the Five Eyes community).
Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
Excellent written and spoken English (business/negotiation fluent).
German language skills at least at B2 level.
