HRIS Coordinator

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS employee support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when needed
• Provide system support to employees and managers, including troubleshooting access issues and responding to HRIS inquiries
• Maintain HR data integrity by running system audits, reviewing reports, and identifying discrepancies
• Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of employee records across HR platforms
• Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports to support HR operations and business needs
• Assist with HRIS system maintenance including updates, testing, and implementation support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and improve HR workflows
• Support HR technology initiatives, integrations, and process improvement projects
• Deliver responsive, service-oriented HR system support while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee data
• Stay informed on HRIS best practices and available system resources, including participation in the UKG Community

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or HR systems support
• Experience working with HRIS or Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
