Collaborate with Project & Account Managers and the Resource Manager to ensure efficient project delivery and high-performing teams
Support project life cycle activities including kick-off, closure, and handover
Drive people-focused initiatives: monitor team morale, conduct face-to-face meetings, coach team members on people-related topics, contribute to performance reviews, and support career roadmaps
Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling and conducting interviews
Develop and maintain project documentation: status reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and minutes
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Prepare presentations and document decisions and actions
Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize processes
Experience in people management activities, including recruitment and team development
Team-player attitude with a proactive and positive approach
