Maintain and grow rental sales, adjacencies sales, direct sales, and customer retention rate in assigned account portfolio
Creates, builds and maintains positive business relationships with existing and assigned Cleanroom customers
Ensures world class customer service
Tracks all contract expiration dates (CXDs) and manages the renewal process
Analyzes reports and presents the status of new and lost business
Provides inventory reports and other special requests from the Primary Customer Contacts
Resolves account issues with regard to delivery, installation, credit and collections matters
Works extensively with internal departments to coordinate the management of the accounts
