Independent management of the SAP HCM module for time management
Reviewing, maintaining and correcting working hours, absence and leave records
Point of contact for all time management queries and interface for managers and employees
Monitoring discrepancies, communicating to managers and, if necessary, coordinating disciplinary measures
Ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, legal and internal regulations (including TVöD)
Planning, organizing and following up on internal and external training and professional development measures
Coordinating with departments, instructors and external training providers
Participant management (invitations, registrations, documentation)
Monitoring the training budget and processing invoices
Maintaining and further developing training documentation

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
Basic experience in applying laws and regulations
Professional experience in the HR field
Confident user of MS Office
Structured and meticulous working style
Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive personnel data
Very good German and English skills
