Report to Regional Finance Business Partner, review and analyse marketing campaigns across all regions including Growth, Retention, and Branding initiatives
Compute and review pre-campaign ROI estimates to support campaign planning and budgeting
Assist in post-campaign ROI analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and financial impact
Support the preparation and consolidation of marketing-related financial reports and dashboards
Collaborate with regional marketing and finance teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of campaign metrics
Assist in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizing marketing spend
Provide ad-hoc support for other finance and marketing-related projects as needed

Requirements
Proven analytical skills with the ability to work with data and perform financial calculations
A quick learner with strong logical / strategic thinking
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment., across multiple geographies
Understanding of marketing concepts, financial modelling, business case, ROI computation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Gsheet and familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience related to FBP, marketing finance or campaign analysis is advantageous but not required
