Role Overview
- Complete telephone-based customer consulting (technical matters, delivery schedules, after-sales activities, etc.)
- Pricing, quote preparation and follow-up
- Order processing
- Account management for existing customers — building, maintaining and developing customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training
- Technical aptitude
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
- Enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues and supervisors
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- English language skills advantageous
