About this role

Managing O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items
Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data
Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions
Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues
Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation

Minimum 6 months of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma (Baccalaureate)
Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
English and Spanish – minimum B2 level
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), reporting tools and Excel
Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues
