Managing the daily operations of the O2C team, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance
Allocating tasks, balancing workload, and monitoring team performance
Overseeing billing accuracy, payment posting, reconciliations, and dispute management
Ensuring compliance with controls, policies, and audit requirements
Preparing operational dashboards and performance reports for internal and client governance
Supporting transitions, cross‑training, and onboarding activities.

3+ years of O2C experience with at least 1 year in a coordination or supervisory role
English – minimum B2/C1 (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Experience interacting with clients and managing escalations
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
