Design and shape recruiting and hiring processes, including identifying channels relevant to target groups and implementing targeted recruitment marketing measures
Develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness using relevant KPIs
Support and advise facilities in using our applicant tracking system (Softgarden) to ensure a positive candidate journey
Assist and advise our facilities in selecting staffing service providers and in the pre-selection/screening of candidates
Collaborate on cross-functional projects
Requirements
Degree in nursing, healthcare or HR management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience in recruiting, ideally in the healthcare and social care sector, and experience with an applicant tracking system
Enthusiasm for current trends and developments in recruiting and willingness to contribute new ideas
Hands-on mentality, structured approach and strong results orientation
Excellent communication skills in German and English
