Role Overview
- Provide technical consultancy to Sales Teams during customer meetings, presentations, and exhibitions
- Build and maintain product demonstration environments
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and Q&A sessions
- Create technical content for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and partners
- Perform product installations, troubleshooting, and technical support—remotely and on-site
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Hands-on experience with server-side security solutions
- Fluent in German and English
- Customer-facing experience in the IT security industry
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CISSP certification
- Passion for IT security, PKI, key management, virtualization
