Partner with corporate functional leaders to design and deliver HR strategies that support enterprise business objectives
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce and succession planning, leadership development, engagement, and retention strategies
Advise leaders on complex people matters including compensation strategy, performance management, talent assessment, talent acquisition, and employee relations
Provide HR leadership for international client groups, ensuring regional business strategies are supported by compliant and effective HR practices
Leverage data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities, diagnose organizational issues, and recommend scalable solutions
Steer and influence enterprise leadership development efforts, including early career Engineering and Operations programs and Technical Fellowships
Lead organizational change efforts in partnership with business leaders, including restructuring, realignment, and growth initiatives
Ensure sound risk management by maintaining working knowledge of employment laws and HR policies, providing guidance that supports compliance while enabling business outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Experience supporting global corporate functions in a highly matrixed environment, preferably within the defense or government contracting industry
Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, change management, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to financial and operational outcomes
Advanced consulting, influencing, and coaching skills with senior leaders
Strong analytical capability with aptitude for HR digital tools and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity and driving results
