Role Overview
- Work on varied, strategic assignments with an international scope
- Lead and/or execute engagements in collaboration with clients' business departments and IT organizations
- Gather functional requirements / draft specifications
- Lead meetings and design workshops
- Document and optimize processes
- Provide user support during testing and qualification phases
- Manage consultants and support their skills development
Requirements
- University degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university education)
- Proven experience in managing information system deployment projects
- Knowledge of industry solutions (ERP, TMS, etc.) with at least 3 years' experience on projects in a functional/technical advisory (AMOA/MOE) role
- Knowledge of one or more business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.)
- Comfortable with technical, application, and functional aspects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Full professional proficiency in English (required)
