You will assist with the administrative follow-up of employees and support the smooth operation of the HR department: updating and maintaining personnel files.
Monitoring probationary periods and preparing associated documents.
Organising and tracking medical examinations.
Assisting with administration of the company health plan (enrolments, changes, documentation) in coordination with your apprenticeship supervisor.
Filing, archiving and securing HR documents.
Helping to structure and improve the HR SharePoint.
Drafting letters, certificates and HR documents.
Handling simple internal employee requests.
You will be introduced to payroll by taking part in the preparation of variable pay elements: collecting, checking and forwarding variable pay information.
Contributing to data accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Participating in the company’s internal life: organising internal events (team-building, quality of work life initiatives, seminars…).
Preparing and distributing internal communication materials.
Contributing to small HR actions or projects.
Providing occasional administrative support as needed by the HR team.
Requirements
Currently studying toward a Bac+2 to Bac+3 diploma in Human Resources, Management, Law, Administration or a related field.
Ability to read, speak and write English.
Basic knowledge of labor law or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
Strong organisational skills and accuracy for managing administrative files.
Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of HR information.
Comfortable with telephone and face-to-face interactions.
A first experience (internship, student job) in HR or administration is a plus but not required.
