Collaborate closely with the brand team and external partners to conceptualize and implement marketing ideas and activations aligned with the brand’s vision and growth objectives.
Design and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies for new product launches or brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals and direction.
Play a key role in the development and dissemination of diverse marketing materials.
Present marketing proposals to both internal and external stakeholders to secure their support and approval.
Research, analyze, and apply market trends and insights to enhance ongoing projects.
Compile and analyze post-campaign data, including ROI, to prepare detailed marketing reports.
Manage and execute campaigns across multiple omni-channel platforms.
Oversee design and layout of advertisements.
Create compelling copy and content for various marketing materials.
Plan, monitor, and manage A&P budgets.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors (e.g., event organizers, suppliers, media agencies, PR firms, retailers, landlords, designers, and collaboration partners) to negotiate terms and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience in distribution/brand management experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods/FMCG/Beauty industry in product management and/or product marketing experience.
Candidate with prior experience managing skincare/fragrance brand an added advantage.
Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have experience analysing and reporting on marketing activities, in particular analysing ROI from campaigns and lead nurturing.
Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
Possess positive and professional attitude and with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing business.
Have experience with MS Excel required, familiarity with CSV files.
