Role Overview
- Provide business leadership for Reckitt’s digital transformation
- Execute a next generation Product Lifecycle Management and connected compliance ecosystem
- Own the strategy and lead the enterprise-wide programme
- Collaborate with Data Governance & Analytics to embed robust data standards
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and data insights
- Own the team budget and contribute to broader functional budget planning
- Lead and develop a global team of ~30 functional experts
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies
- Proven ability to design and execute PLM transformation strategies
- Demonstrated track record delivering end to end PLM transformations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, quality and compliance requirements
- Clear understanding of risk profiles, consumer safety requirements
- Broad appreciation of R&D and Manufacturing interdependencies
- Deep experience with data standards, governance frameworks and cross functional data flows
- Ability to navigate and simplify complex technical ecosystems
- Broad operational understanding of core R&D and Supply functions
- Advanced change leadership and influencing skills
- Strong programme management capability
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong collaboration skills among cross functional teams and senior stakeholders
