Product Performance Plan Director

Role Overview

• responsible for business unit strategic planning and customer insight work
• understand all aspects of the business and partner with executive leadership to define strategy
• translate strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines
• document strategic priorities and reports on customer insight research initiatives
• build and leverage relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems
• propose opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment
• responsible for the development implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 10 years of related experience
• prior leadership experience
• 3 years of strategic planning experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• Strategy/management consulting background preferred
• Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, and other data visualization/reporting tools
