Requirements
- Master's student in HR, labor law, or a business school with an HR specialization
- Strong interest in HR transformation projects, HR data, and regulatory compliance
- Rigor, analytical skills, confidentiality, and strong writing skills
- Comfortable with digital tools; familiarity with HRIS is a plus
