Role Overview
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation across UK and European markets.
- Engage with prospective clients to introduce solutions and identify business opportunities.
- Provide strong sales support and client relationship management across multiple accounts.
- Maintain and update prospect and client records within Salesforce CRM.
- Utilize Salesloft and other sales engagement tools to manage outreach and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from prospecting to account management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication with clients.
- Manage multiple sales activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Meet or exceed outreach, engagement, and revenue contribution KPIs.
Requirements
- Must have experience in commercial insurance sales, broking, or account management.
- Previous experience in Sales Development, B2B sales, and account management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions.
- Comfortable using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with UK or European clients preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
