Managing backlog management, sprint planning, and writing user stories
Launching and scaling products in complex or regulated industries
Coding/prototyping to validate ideas and accelerate innovation

Requires a BA/BS
Minimum of 8 years of experience with writing business/functional requirements
Experience implementing Agile methodologies
Requires a SAFe (SA) certification
Proven experience with SAFe (SA), CSPO or equivalent (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Demonstrated success in leading AI-enabled product development and integrating large language models, predictive analytics, or automation into consumer or enterprise-facing solutions
Strong experience delivering seamless digital products (mobile apps, portals, or self-service platforms)
Expertise with scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) across large, complex organizations
Experience identifying and developing new product opportunities at the intersection of AI, healthcare data, and digital experience
Experience Vibe coding preferred
