About this role
Role Overview
Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for general HR queries.
Supporting and leading managers in employee relation cases.
Ensuring all the HR administration (e.g., contracts, amendments letters) is accurate and completed on time.
Support with data input and maintenance of the HRIS and internal systems.
Prepare and submit monthly payroll changes, liaising with Moorepay to understand calculations.
Liaising with our internal recruiter to support intermittently with onboarding activities.
Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records, and support wider L&D initiatives.
Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and events planning to support great experiences for our employees.
Requirements
Previous experience in HR at minimum of coordinator level.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures and UK employment legislation.
Confident communicator, able to advise and work with colleagues at different levels.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative, proactive and customer focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR and Payroll systems (desirable).
CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards (preferred but not essential).
