About this role
Role Overview
Own and manage a defined territory or market segment
Develop and execute territory plans to generate new business opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed assigned ARR and activity targets
Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to quota expectations
Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer operational and financial challenges
Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to prospect needs
Develop compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases
Prepare proposals, pricing, and contractual documentation
Negotiate terms and successfully close new business
Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity records in Salesforce
Provide reliable weekly and monthly forecasts
Manage sales cycles efficiently and move opportunities through defined stages
Partner with Marketing and Sales Development to execute targeted outreach campaigns
Coordinate with Channel Partners to generate and advance opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, Product, Support) to ensure smooth transitions post-sale
Provide customer feedback to leadership and product teams
Stay informed on Post-Acute healthcare trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional sales experience (preferred)
3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with direct quota ownership
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
Experience selling software or technology solutions, including independently conducting product demonstrations
Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously across varying sales cycle lengths
Proficiency using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management and forecasting
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
