About this role
Role Overview
- Assist the Sales team with all aspects of account management
- Manage new account setup processes
- Maintain and own the Sales Account and Representative Master Lists
- Prepare and distribute monthly sales representative reporting
- Own price list management
- Act as Sales Trainer and subject matter expert for SyteLine 10 and Power BI
- Support Marketing requests on behalf of Sales
- Manage tele sales responsibilities for the bottom tier 40 accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Sales Support, preferably in a CPG environment
- Experience working with ERP systems (SyteLine preferred) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
