Supporting multi-department collaboration to ensure all orders are handled and delivered in a timely manner
Taking end-to-end ownership of one of the Distributors Markets processes such as contracts, new customers onboarding, pricing or ordering process
Managing all sorts of challenging situations related to shipping, stock shortages, stock levels, etc.
Handling the following activities: issuing proforma invoices, credits notes, following-up on payments from your markets, verifying price compliance and maintaining prices in the ERP class system
Handling day to day communication with key internal and external stakeholders (Global Supply Chain, Finances, EM Regional Offices, etc.) to support EM growth strategy
Requirements
5-year experience in a complex business environment or minimum 2-year work experience in a similar role (export sales and global order management incl. invoicing, contracts management, cooperation with multiple stakeholders)
Financial or legal background (education or job experience) would be an advantage
Fluent written and spoken English
