Lead the design of Intelligent Managed Print Services solutions, including device management & monitoring, document & service workflows, scan and capture, security, analytics, and cloud‑enabled services.
Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and technical environments, ensuring solutions are aligned to both current needs and future-state goals.
Shape comprehensive solutions using the Ricoh services and technology portfolio, integrating managed print with adjacent digital, professional, and IT services where appropriate.
Serve as a critical partner to Sales by participating in pre‑sales discovery, solution design, and proposal development, ensuring recommendations are technically accurate, value‑driven, and client‑centric.
Act as the primary iMPS design lead through the design phase, providing clear documentation and ensuring a seamless and effective handoff to sales, implementation, and delivery teams.
Provide subject matter expertise across Intelligent Managed Print Services, maintaining a deep understanding of Ricoh platforms, tools, and emerging technologies that support digital workplace transformation.
Requirements
College degree (computer science, information systems, engineering) or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience including a demonstrated track record of success in technical sales support and/or industry related experience, 5 years preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Visio required
IT certifications preferred
ITIL certifications preferred.
