About this role

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and Salesforce user stories.
Facilitate alignment between Sales Ops, IT, and other departments to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including current-state and future-state workflows.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across Sales Ops.
Assist with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning in partnership with IT and Sales Ops leadership.
Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance of new Salesforce features, system enhancements, and process changes.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical or operational role.
Experience supporting Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required.
Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related business functions is a plus.
