Customer Service Associate

Role Overview

• Be responsible for reviewing, and processing crop inputs regular and promotion orders.
• Process retail return and transfer claims.
• Audit and code freight bills for payments.
• Respond to all retail inquiries and concerns.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Have a one-year certificate in business or agriculture and three years of related experience OR;
• Have diploma in business or agriculture and two years of related experience.
• Have strong communication and customer service skills.
