Governance, Risk & Internal Controls Assistant

Role Overview

• Participating in project teams delivering governance, risk management and internal control services
• Supporting the development and assessment of internal control systems and corporate governance frameworks
• Contributing to enterprise risk management and compliance-related projects
• Assisting in the execution of internal audit engagements
• Supporting the development of corporate policies and procedures
• Building effective working relationships with clients and responding promptly to requests

Requirements

• BSc in Economics, Business Administration or a related field (MSc will be considered an asset)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance or a related field
• Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIA or equivalent), completed or in progress, are considered a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team player with strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop
