About this role
Role Overview
Independent responsibility for projects, including planning and organization
Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with product management to further develop our software
Lead workshops and training sessions for our customers
Set up CarLiner environments for new customers
Provide customer support for new and existing users
Deliver product presentations to customers and prospects (presales consulting)
Introduce and sell new CarLiner modules (upselling)
Requirements
Experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry
Commercial vocational training, a degree in business/economics, or an equivalent qualification through professional experience
Motivated, a team player, with a hands-on mentality
Organizational talent and a structured working style
A good understanding of technical systems and processes
Strong communication skills and a confident presence with our customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Business-fluent German (at least C1)
