Trade Credit Analyst serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth.
Responsible for day-to-day activities for Order to Cash (OTC) specifically related to Trade Credit business.
Partners with internal teams and external business partners.
Resolves discrepancies and solves problems, improves the accounting trade credit processes.
Executes cash application, invoice adjustments and refunds, reconciliations, and other month-end tasks within SAP, Blackline, and other third-party applications.
Supports departmental and strategic projects, collaborates with project/product managers, and balances workload.
Presents continuous improvement recommendations to managers and leaders.
Requirements
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
0-2 years of relevant work experience
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
Experience with SAP, Blackline, or other accounting software programs
Understanding of Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue, and other Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards
Order to Cash experience, including account reconciliation preparation and payment application processing
Ability to work independently and complete work on schedule within a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate as part of a team to complete operational tasks and projects as assigned
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills
Ability to prepare and present clear, concise administrative, and financial reports.
