Role Overview
- Assist with general accounting and data analysis tasks
- Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports
- Support Accounts Payable activities and monitor related processes
- Track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Complete Fixed Asset capitalization activities and prepare audit materials
- Perform account reconciliations as assigned
- Participate in process ‑ improvement and digitalization projects
- Measuring and reporting efficiencies from continuous ‑ improvement initiatives
- Evaluating current digital workflows and developing recommendations for optimization
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate business ‑ related degree
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Highly detail ‑ oriented with strong analytical skills
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
