Calculate PIS and COFINS taxes and prepare payments due to the government;
Prepare and type reports (BPC) for submission to the UK;
Submit SPED Accounting (SPED Contábil) filings, ensuring information is correctly reflected in the Balance Sheet and Income Statement (DRE);
Prepare the Balance Sheet, trial balances, Income Statement (DRE), and Statement of Changes in Equity, ensuring accuracy to meet requests from regulatory and supervisory bodies;
Support and coordinate audits;
Keep the company's financial decision-makers informed;
Collect and document accounting and financial data; analyze expenses and profits from transactions;
Analyze results and prepare reports for management;
Identify and implement improvements for departmental activities;
Calculate IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax) and CSLL liabilities and prepare payments due to the government;
Perform monthly accounting and tax reconciliations to ensure accurate month-end closing;
Assist and train Junior and Pleno (intermediate) Analysts, and perform their tasks when necessary;
Contribute to maintaining quality, environmental, occupational health and safety programs by following procedures, identifying potential improvements, and helping implement them;
Comply with the integrated management system (IMS) policies and procedures; ensure proper storage, care and conservation of materials and equipment under your responsibility and maintain an organized workspace and documentation; perform other related duties as requested by your immediate supervisor or as required by work and quality-system procedures.
