Receive and log service requests via phone, email, and internal systems
Create service calls and work orders accurately
Schedule Field Service Engineers (FSEs) according to availability and priority
Enter service notes, failure descriptions, and resolution details as provided
Attach POs, quotes, and supporting documents
Maintain clean, organized service records
Place parts orders using provided part numbers
Track shipments and update ETAs
Ensure exchange/return documentation is sent respectively
Provide basic status updates and scheduling confirmations
Communicate ETAs and appointment windows
Route escalations to senior team members
Communicate with FSEs regarding schedules and job status
Support Service Operations Specialists with administrative tasks
Accurate work order creation
Timely scheduling
Minimal data entry errors
Positive internal responsiveness
On-time follow-through
Requirements
Strong organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication
Comfortable with computers and ticketing systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Applies critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and make timely, well-reasoned judgment calls.
Customer service or dispatch experience
Healthcare background
highly preferred.
