Role Overview
- Provide end-to-end customer support resulting in accurate and efficient transactions
- Assist with inquiry resolution and provide elevated levels of customer satisfaction
- Support managers and employees in employee life cycle administration
- Serve as subject matter expert for benefits plans in North America
- Ensure benefit compliance with policies and regulations
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefits processes
- Prepare data for assessments and produce work according to standards
- Drive continuous process and solution improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge preferred
- Service Now experience preferred
- General HRIS experience preferred
- English language skills required
- Efficient in Excel
